Can you please explain the Jewish practice of the Daily Sacrifice that was done in the temple in Jerusalm...why it was discontinued...and what the significance is of bringing back this practice???

My miniature pomerian sometime coughs like she has a fur ball in her throat. She does not throw up. She is 14 years old. When it happens it sounds like she is trying to catch her breath. Is this normal and if not what can I do to help her.

I have been under a lot of stress and have gained 25 lbs. Can stress alone cause a shift in your metabolism or is it the stress that causes emotional eating that causes the weight gain.
