removeing a testicle is called castration. 'Getting fixed' is sterilization which is known as a vasectomy. It is possible for a male to get one testicle removed due to something like cancer and still have the other teste operationanal. Therefore if you get fixed you are still supposed to have both your jewels.

No. All that happens is the tubes are cut from the testicles to the seminal vesicle. It is reversable too.
I know. I'm "fixed" and loving it.
It's actually MUCH better too.
That is also not to say nothing comes out either, it does.
The natural lubricant that always accompanies semen.

If I remember right, I think they remove/block the vas deferens, which is the tube where semen comes through. I don't think they just cut off one of their balls.

He can still keep his balls if he likes. All they do is cut the tubes that the semen comes through.

NO one's nuts are removed..the tubes are cut so sperm cannot reach the prostate and be shot out. Simple as that...called vasectomy.
