Only after Turkey has been thoroughly ravaged by the Iranians will Greece jump in support her "ally'. Greece and Turkey barely like each other (If you remember,last month, their respective Air Forces harrassed each other over the Agean Sea and Turkey lost a pilot) Iran being Shi'a Muslim and Turkey a Sunni Muslim country might have diffrences but I don't think they'll go at each other for the benefit of a 'Crusader' nation like Greece.

nato would probably interveine --and there are greek troops in nato--historically greece and turkey are not the best of friends--the turks are moslem and the greeks are orthodox--also both countrys claim the island of cyprus--which has erupted violently several times--i recall in the mid 70s the american 6th fleet and marines had to defend the american embasy in cyprus during such an outbreak of violence between greece and turkey.
