When God established the levitical sacrificial system in the book of Leviticus it was specifically told to them that the place God appointed would be the only place on earth where sacrifices could be made to God. That was Mount Moriah and the Temple was built there. In 70 AD the Temple was destroyed and the Jewish people dispersed through out the world. In the Diaspora they have not been able to offer sacrifices because they were not in the Land. Now they have returned to the land there is effort being made to rebuild the Temple and eventually start the sacrificial system again.

The daily blood sacrifice was a ritual of Atonement in the Jewish religion. All Jews were required to bring sacrifices at different time for different reasons (sin, thanksgiving, harvest, etc.) The animal would be sacrificed at a alter before the temple of God. Part of the animal (the fat, kidneys, etc.) were burned as an offering to God. A portion of the good meat when to the priest and their helpers, the Levites, to feed them as they did not work in the fields or grow anything. The remaining portion was cooked and served by the giver as a meal to celebrate with his friends and family.
These sacrifces continued until 70 AD, when the temple in Jerusalem was destoryed by the Roman general Titus. Without a temple, it was impossible to continue the sacrifces, so they ended.
The Christian faith holds the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross fullfilled the need for the Jewish sacrifices and that is why the temple was destroyed and the sacrifices ended.
The modern Jews see the rebuilding of their temple and begin of new sacrifices as a fullfillment of their faith.

Lev 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
It was a shadow of Christ shedding His Blood. All the ordinances were done away with when Christ was crucified.
To bring it back would be blasphemous.
Hos 6:6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

I don't consider myself an "expert" but I can tell you the Old Testament practice of offering animals as a blood sacrifice was to symbolically "cover" the sin.
Once the blood of the Lamb, Jesus, was shed it washed away the sins. Mankind was redeemed.
There is no need to bring back the practice.

God required a blood sacrifice to atone for sin.
Key word is REQUIRED. That requirement has now been filled permanently by the blood of Christ. No need for this to be continued or revived as a practice, just accept that final sacrifice.

Water baptism is to be administered only by immersion. Paul said, "We are buried with him (Jesus Christ) by baptism (Romans 6:4) and Colossians 2:12, Jesus came up " out of the water" ( Mark 1:10), and Philip and the eunuch went down "into the water" and came up " out of the water" Acts 8:27.)
Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection are applied to our lives when we experience New Testament salvation: "Repent (death to sin), and be baptized (burial) everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost (resurrection). Acts 2:28; Romans 6:17; 8:2

Please stop encouraging the spread of obvious falsehoods. The blood libel is an absurd notion that has been consistently refuted.
