You cannot change the past but you can work to amend the mistake, you must stand by your actions and accept the consquences and work towards forgiveness from the person you wronged.

Yes, Cindy Lynne (?) you must. Learn from your mistakes, for once, and next time you're urged to change your mind about soemthing, think twice and perhaps don't change your mind. You have a tendency to make mistakes by tyring not to.

No, learn from your missteps. Nobody's perfect or all knowing. If you hurt somebody or did something dishonest, ask for forgiveness and move on with the goal of doing better.

A person can always renounce their decision. I hope what you define as truth, is the Absolute Truth, and not what man defines as truth.

First why would you make a choice on purpose that was wrong? and if you knew better and did it anyway, then you have to live with it, you can get right with God, if your heart is pure enough..
