Why would he? Everyone needs a path, let them walk it.

I think he would puke more over what people have done in his name, rather than just over religions in general.

And what is it with so many posting "Judgement is coming"... I get this image of these people wanting to stand behind Jesus, giggling behind their hands at the next person who's getting the pitchfork up their rear. Fear tactics only work on the gullible.

Back when Jesus walked the earth there were some real doozies then too. I read about some weird religions in Corinth having to do with "church hookers".

I am sure He is not very happy with some of the choices people are making. In fact, I am certain He is heart broken.

No, Jesus wouldn't puke. He saw all this hypocrisy coming. Just read Matthew 23--all of it. When you do read the denunciation of the Pharisees and Scribes, just compare what Jesus was talking about to the media preachers seen so regularly. No, Jesus saw this coming alright. . .and his judgment will be swift!!!!

Jesus is seeing the religions of today. I think He can handle it if religions of today are really so different. There's always been false prophets, idol worship, money changers in the temple, etc. It's up to us as individuals to be wary and questions what is going on in the name of religion and to ask God to keep us on the right path and not be deceived.

IF Jesus came back today and walked into any "Christian" church, he would either slaughter everyone for blasphemy or have a heart attack.

99% of Christians are not "Christians," they are following Pauline doctrine and Paul was the original "anti-Christ" in that everything he taught or said was directly opposite what Jesus taught.

Rev. 3:16 says, YEP, he's a pukin'!
Why? Because many people are
ashamed to witness to others and
the ones who are witnessing have
skewed views of what the plain
truth really is. He's not surprised.
He knew what was to come and
offered Himself as wisdom.
Great question.

I think that the sorry state that religion has gotten itself into is a very far cry from the ideals that Jesus taught.

Puke? No. I think he would try to get them to work better together to do positive things.

Jesus would probably not approve of the propoganda used to convince and convert people to christianity.

What do you mean, if ? I think God doesn't like organized religion at all. I believe he likes the meaning of Christianity.
