My VCR in my little Curtis Mathes TV blew up and I want to hook a outside DVD/VCR to it. TV has place for two jacks, video yellow and the white jack but no place for the red jack. How do I hook it up or is it possible? TV is ok... I can watch videos and dvd's but can I record? Heeelllppp! (Please!)

I recently bought a dvd-rom drive for my pc because I thought my cd was broken. Not long after installing the dvd drive it stopped working also. I have tried reinstalling both of them physically and they are recognized for a short period of time but are soon gone once again. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

for the past few years, many things have improved in this nation, but more things have gone downhill. my thoughts have placed a question in my mind whether to much freedom is causing a weakening blow to our nation. On the news lately all I hear about are lawsuites, harsh comments be expressed toward our nation, religion, immigration, and many who expect the government to do everything for them, after accusing them of corruption, and just blame them for everything. I have seen much of this, and our government, and the people of America are falling apart, due to all this. If the government set stricter laws that the citizens of america would accept, would it be a benefit to the country if laws were made stricter to those who are not concerned about the welfare of our country?what is your opinion?

I see a lot of questions asking for proof of God, or why should I believe? or show me som'n.
This makes me think - we'll they just dont have faith - WRONG!
Then I ask myself - do they love?
Love is faith.
If one can feel and "know" love, then they have faith.
Can you prove love? - no
But it doesnt make it any less real or factual.
If one has love then they have hope.
With hope comes faith.
One has to have a hope in the person they are giving their love to. A hope that they wont hurt them, a hope that they will love them back. This is like a developmental stage of faith, if you will.
This may help put the perspective of how people have a knowledge of God that they can't deny, just as sure as they can't deny the love they have for a family member or a spouse.
So when one asks for proof of God, it is a contradiction of something they already know that is familiar - but they gotta figure it out for themselves. Bible thumping dont work.
Love never faileth.

Ok in United States we call cigarettes - cigarettes.
But in England they call them fags.
Fags in the US are homosexuals.

In the US we call that thing at the end of an extension cord a plug. In France it's called a tampon. Females use tampons in the US when they are on their period.
