You don't . You can't change him even if you told him you do not like this! He is who he is until he gets older and wiser. If you really care about him, tell him you do not want him flirting with others and if he doesn't care, well you have to find someone who will. He will get the point, if he doesn't, he is a jerk.

I think that when u r alone u should tell him that u don't like how he flirts with other girls in front of u. My ex use 2 flirt with other girls, and I told him that he can flirt with girls when I am not with him, and that he can't cheat on me, but when I was with him he couldn't, maybe that would work 4 u. Dump your boyfriend. If he's flirting he's doesn't care if he hurts you or not and that is VERY RUDE of him!

You don't have the power to "get" your boyfriend or anyone else to stop (or start) doing anything! You either accept someone for the way they are or you move on! BUT, if he is flirting with others and it disturbs you then why are you still with him?! "Presents aren't promises and kisses aren't contracts. Plant your own garden and decorate your own soul". Until you can be true to YOURSELF how can you expect anyone to be true to you?!

I don't know if this is helpful, but you can create a situation in which you can catch him cheating on you, make sure as many as people get to know and see it, make a huge scandal and dramatically break up with him. On the next day come to school/college/work? very secure, make sure you look great and happy with your decision and make his life miserable for breaking a promise, cheating and lying to you.
