Smartypants909 says you do not have to pay CG Tax on a property if is a vacation home and has never been rented. Under what rule is this possible? The property in question is a summer home owned for 30 years with uch appreciation.

I want to move but i don;t want to be evicted immediately over this. The dog is precious to me but he is threatening me and i hate that. I can't just get rid of the dog in one day, What the hell!!!@#$

It started out that I made friends with someone and then his wife died...we got very close and began seeing each other even though his family didn't like me,I went to swim in their indoor pool and it was the pool where I use to go when I was a kid, I jumped in and almost drowned...then all of a sudden it's another senario in the same house( a mansion of some sort) and I'm being friends with a girl I know I've met but can't remember and I watch and she gets married to my now boyfriend in real life and it's cool until I realize we are not going to share his love but he wants her to make love to him and for me to leave.I walk out the door but in the dream I keep seeing them places and getting angry with them, then she has his baby and I'm furious that he loves her baby and not ours so I fling it in it's carrier over a cobblestone bridge,we go look and there's nothing in the carrier.I then corner him and ask if he's in love with her and he said, sometimes.Then I say you'll be back.the end

He was a friend to me till he starting talking trash behind my back and I kno he does. We meet over myspace and started talkin over YIM. When I told him I was gonna go so he can have his time to himself he said i can still talk to him. He apprently has a problem with me and says that I wold bug him all the time when I email him and stuff. he says that everytime I email him and he doesn't reply back I get mad, in which i don't. Last night he said things that were untrue. He said i was gettin in his business about him and his elx girlfriend and that is untrue to. I just wanted to help him out. He doesn't want it. Its not my fauly he is being dumb. He is 27 and he doesn't ask his age. It makes me upset. Now he doesn't want to talk to me for a while or talk to me over YIM. I blocked him on Myspace and i also deleted him on YIM. What am I to do? he got other people that i don't kno talkin sh** too about me. They don't even kno me. He needs to grow up and get over his ex. She is long gone.
