Its very simple if you have a dvd recorder. Most new dvd recorders have the audio & video inputs required to hook it up to a vhs player. All you need to do is press play on your vcr and record on your dvd play and hey presto!

It would depend on your computer hardware.
I have an All in one Wonder card on one of my computers which accepts video input from various sources which I can then save to hard drive, Then I just save it to DVD,........... simple

theres like an $80 usb produt that allows you to plug the av jacks into it. then you can record the stuff, but its real time. it also comes with sofware, i think. not sure what it's called. otherwise you can just buy it on ebay. hope it helps
