I just finally got over my ex girlfriend who dumped me about 6 weeks ago after dating for 2+ years because she thought we were to comfortable together. Besides being a couple for over 2 years we were also best friend, but since she dumped me she has barely spoken to me and it seems like she has forgotten that I even exist. As heartbroken as I was I finally got over her just a few days ago. Well, on Sunday she calls me for the first time and I didn’t answer cause I wasn’t near my phone. She left a message asking me how I was doing and to call her back. Should I call her back? I just don’t want to hear her voice and then get all depressed again. It took me so long to get over this girl that threw me away like a piece of trash. Anyone have some advice?

I love my girlfriend. When we started dating, I told her that we should postpone sex until marriage. And she agreed. Down the road, am finding it a problem. Am 25, she is 22. In the Tom Hanks film, "Saving Private Ryan," remember the scene on the beach when the soldiers were being blown apart? THAT was Omaha Beach and those men were Americans giving up their lives in an attempt to make YOUR lives better, free of Nazi influence. Freedom REALLY doesn't come free. You have to fight to keep it, most of the time. Please talk with an informed adult today, and ask them to explain the importance of this date in the history of the world. PLEASE do this, okay? It will honor the memory of MANY heros who died to make your life a better one.
