I am curious what you consider dated...the age and maturity level is way one-sided...it was wrong for him to participate in such a relationship because its not only illegal, but all the reasons why its illegal...your in Jr. H.S. what was he thinking...If he suddenly contacts you and wants to continue , consult with your parents and you'll get a clearer picture of why your to young to date and he is to old to be dating you anyway.
