You really can't do less exercise. When you change the way you eat (eat more veggies and fruits, less breads, less candies and sweets) and do exercises, the first fat you get rid of is belly fat. Exercise is essential to strengthen the mussles, which in turn shrinks your belly. As for lipo, that's just a quick fix, and if you don't continue with diet and exercise, your tummy will grow back bigger than before, Had a friend that did lipo and she thought that once it was done, she didn't have to change her lifestyle, and then she got bigger than before. She went back and asked the doctor why, and he told her lipo was designed just to get ris of that stubborn fat that won't go away, but people are using it as a quick fix, not realizing that they have to keep up with the maintenance of their bodies.

If you have an exercise ball, one of those big ones, they help a lot. They add instability into your workout, and that makes you get more of a result in a faster amount of time. Good luck to you.

Beware of "fat-free" or "zero trans fats" foods as you may be trading fats for huge numbers of sugar or sodium.

Odds are you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation with a meal so you're not gulping down more than you have to feel full.

Lol, I haven't heard the information introduced this way, but yes I am aware of the "good fats." I eat a handful of walnuts or almonds everyday. I just finished a jar of olives but I also add olive oil to OJ as well. Thanks for the site. When did your hair turn gray?

Eat less. Cut carbs. If you cut carbs, which the body burns for energy, then you force your body to burn up stored fat deposits, and depending how you're built, most people store fat in the stomach, thighs and buttocks areas.
