I exercize almost everyday, twice a day for thirty mintues, i eat just enough to sustain my weight, and i dont have my period, i was sexualy active only once, and i already took a pregancy test and it was negative, How come i dont have my period? is it because of my eating and exercizing habits? what should i do?

i am 18 yrs old and i am thinking about getting on the birth control pill because i dont want to end up pregnant. i was wondering..if you have to pay for it and if you do about how much is it? we have medi-cal but i dont know if it will cover it. also, what do i have to do to get the pill ? i know i have to go to my doctor, but do i need a parent or something. because i dont want my mom to know. my BF sister, shes 21, she said she will take me. so yeah, i just want to know as many info about the pill and about getting the pill! I have a best friend who is having an affair with a married man for 3 months now. She is a teacher. What makes her life complicated is, she is having an affair with the father of one of her students. They have been very discreet but i really feel so sad for her because I know she is on the losing side. I know deep down she is unhappy being the other woman but I think she is so in love too.
