It's my BF's Birthday in Febraury and I want to take him on a mini vacation.I have a budget of $500 dollars and I live in Los Angeles. I want to travel somewhere nearby where I can either take a car or a cheap plan ride. I also want to travel for only 4-5 nights.


So far I have gone to Seattle, WA Puerto Vallarta Rosarito and Ensenada on that budget.

Can anyone local tell me where they go for the weekends and give me some useful links. They can be hot or cold climates. thanks for any help. If time is a factor just add a city and state and I can research. thanks again.

My parents and their employee is going to Miami, Florida to study how the business owners run their stores (cuz my parents have one) and also to look at clothes. They want me to research where they should go and what affordable hotel they can stay in. So what section or place of Miami is best? And anyone know any affordable, nice and good place to stay around that good area i just described?? Not too expensive not too cheap.

me and my family plan to go to disney world this summer. i've checked out the website but i want some ideas from people that have gone. we have a family of 5 and we were thinking about doing the 6 night 7 day package.. not sure yet though.

what are some good packages? rides? things to do? and how much in advance should we book it?

also we were thinking that while we're down there we should check out sea world too. good idea?

i want to take my sister out and she lives 1 hr east of here, and there is a lake 15 min. from her town, and i want to take her fishing(the weather is 55 F there) OR should i pick her up and go back west to the beach, which would be a 4hr drive to get there and fish off the pier in Pismo Beach, CA(weather is 65 F there). Those who can't afford that many hamburgers are required to carry a coca cola or some other bottle of soda, and it may even be empty, but still a must?
