im looking for a place that has a cheap weekly rate in las vegas were i wont get killed or asked to buy drugs. if anyone has any ideas please let me know im leaving for vegas in 3 weeks.

I will second "Skippy" suggestion of the Budget Suites on Tropicana >The one near the Orleans, there are two on W Tropicana.

There are actually several but I would suggest budget suites on west tropicanna. It's in a decent area. # is (702)889-1700. It's not right on the strip, there is one closer, close to MGM, you could ask about that too. Good luck!!!
