My boyfriend got a job offen in Denver, Colorodo, and it's kindof too expensive to live in Denver. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a little town, right by Denver, that would be cheap to rent a house in??? It has to be a house, I have 2 children and it seems quite cramped in an appartment rather than a house. Please...any information would help me right now....I live in Michigan, and I've never been to Colorodo!!!

Ok so I live On Cedar Avenue in the Bronx, and I need to get to Chambers Street in Manhattan on the subway. I know I need to cross the University Heights Bridge to the 207 Street Station to take the 1 train. I just need to know if I can take the 1 train all the way down to Chambers Street instead of transferring to the 2 train at 96th street....Answers please?

I'm Italian and I will be making a trip to NYC, Boston and possibly Niagara Falls in April (Mar 28-Apr 7) with friends. We will be renting a car.
I've already been to NYC, so I know what to do there.
I've never been to Boston. What are some must do's there? And is it too ambitious to want to make it to Niagara Falls from Boston in the amount of time we have? Any nice places worth stopping by on the way? And, is it still cold in April?
Thanks!

And love taking road trips on a whim. I'm going to go south- through Illinois, Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama. I would like to know if there is a particular city that has awsome biscuits and gravy. Sounds weird, but I've been craving great biscuits and gravy and a friend said go anywhere south to get the best. Anyone know? Thanks!!

So, sometime next fall my boyfriend, best friend, her bf, and I are driving out to San Diego for probably a week or two (depending on if we stay with relatives of mine or at a hotel). I've been twice before to visit an my aunt and uncle, and though it's been a few years, I tell them constantly how much I love it there. So, they agreed to go with me.

I've been to Coronado, and my aunt and uncle live a short walk from La Jolla and Seal Beach and such, so we'll definatly be going there. I liked the Wild Animal Park too.

I'm just curious about places like Disney Land and Universal. I've been to Disney World in FL, but I don't know what the difference is. Also, some other places that would be fun to check out. And would Universal and DL be worth the money for the tickets? I mean, we're all in college, paying for ourselves, so we're trying to spend as wisely as possible.

One last thing...any good hotels near there? Just in case.

Thanks!

I am being transferred to Denver this summer...my office is right on the light rail line. Which communities offer best access to the light rail. I understand that a new branch of the light rail just opened up. We want to buy a home, but we're not made out of money. Thanks! PS: I placed a similar question under the catagory of "commuting." I wasn't sure which catagory would draw responses.

I'm considering U-Arizona for grad school, and am uncertain about the quality of life in Tucson. I went to school/lived in Vermont, absolutely loved the mountains/laid-back, progressive-minded people/artistic-intellectual scene/small town community. I know a place like Seattle/Vancouver, Denver, etc. would be a great fit for me (being similar to VT), but have no idea about Tucson. I'm also 28, so may be older than my peers at U of A (and may want to explore the downtown, etc.). Are people pretty approachable, or more cliquey? How easy is it to meet a quality guy in Tucson? Are hiking/biking/outdoors clubs a good way to meet people? Having lived in Milwaukee and Cleveland as well, people's attitudes *do* vary from place to place.
