Today (1-19-07) I booked (by telephone) a June 3d round trip flight (#1618/1519) to Orlando from Chicago ORD. I did not get email confirmation as expected. Where is the confirmation?

If you have a Mileage Plus frequent flier account with United, log in at the web site and look at your itineraries. If you know your folder # you can also find a reservation without logging in. Booking your flight at the web site is free.

Sometimes it takes a couple hours for the email confirmation. You can try calling their customer service. Unfortunately, United Airlines has to be the worst airline for customer service in the world. Next time fly American.
