In spring I'll be taking my girlfriend to Vegas, but I don't know where to stay. We'll be staying during the week, with our hotel room budget about 100 a day for three days.

She loves slots, I like to play those poker games where you can bet a penny a hand on 50 or 100 hands. I'm more or less open to anywhere that isn't scummy and is on (or very near) the Strip or Fremont. Help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

What about the girls in the flyers that are everywhere (35 $ a girl, 60$ for 2) provided from mexicans all over the Strip?
They say girls will be in your room in less than 20 minutes if you call them.
Isn't it undercovered prostitution?

I'd like to rent an RV for an upcoming weekend. I have heard of many people with families doing this but was was a bit shocked at the prices I could find. Like anything on the Internet, it's like trying to drink from a firehose. Anyone out there with experience or suggestions? I will be getting married in September of '07 and have been put in charge of the honeymoon. I think I want to go to Hawaii. What is your opinion on the best island to visit for a honeymoon? We're not party-people and not heavy drinkers but we like to have fun. We just want a quiet, peaceful, relaxing locale with a beach. If you could, let me know what island city and where you stayed. Our family of three adults is planning a bicycle tour (of adventure and utility) from our son's home at Ventura Blvd. and Coldwater Canyon to Phoenix, Arizona. We will be departing on Sunday morning Christmas Eve day so we think traffic will be lower.
