It is legal only in licensed brothels in counties with less than 400,000 people living in them. Therefore, the counties where Las Vegas (Clark) and Reno/Carson City reside are off limits.
The flyers handed out on the strip in Vegas are for escorts only. Be careful if you decide to go that route because chances are you're going to get ripped off.
If you're going to Vegas and you want to indulge with a prostitute, rent a car or take a limo out to Pahrump, Nevada... 70 miles west of Vegas and hit Sheri's Ranch or the Chicken Ranch. Take at least $300 with you.

Prostitution is legal in the brothels that are NOT in Las Vegas, or anywhere else in Clark County. The nearest legal places are about an hour or so outside Vegas. The flyers for "outcall services" are NOT legal prostitution and can be undercover vice cops looking to bust those looking for that sort of thing.

If you come to Las Vegas to get laid by a prostitute you'll be laid in prison on a bunch. Look up operation P.I.M.P., done back in July. It is Prostitutes Incarcerrated by Metro Police. , where they arrested about 180 whores in an undercover sting. Then, about a month later they busted the sluts in massage parlors and then found some skanks selling their ******* out of an upscale apartment complex.
If you need your pipes cleaned out go to the Brothels and whore houses in Pahrump or North Nevada.
