I am saving up to go to Australia and the South Pacific starting at the end of this years but really want to go to Reading Rock Festival on Sunday as my favourite band is playing there and I may never have the chance see them again.

Problem is it would cost me £140 just to travel there as I am not from the mainland so the total trip including the festival ticket will come to £300 which does not seem worth it and I know this will put a dent in my savings for the Australia / New Zealand trip though.

What should I do?

What would you do?

As I am so torn as to what to do and only have about a week to decide I am probably going to base my decision on any answer I receive here.

Seriously, what should I take?
It is a formal vacation...formal dining, formal transportation, etc...
I've never been to Hawaii, this will be my first time.
I only have one week to pack. Any suggestions?

my mom's trying to get a u.s. passport and she has her photos taken and everything already. she doesn't want to wait in long lines to get the actual passport and she says she heard somewhere that she could send in pictures online to get her passport. is this possible? if so, could you provide the website?

my husband and i are going to be driving from flagstaff arizona to raleigh north carolina and using the I40 the whole way... we are going to be traveling with our 2 year old dachshund... i know we are going to need to stay a couplenights at a hotel... does anyone know which hotels take pets? please... any info is much appreciated

I was drinking almost everyday vodka or wine. One night I met a friend for drinks, i had nothing to eat all day.. i had alot of vodka, i have no memory of leaving and worst thing is i think i took the nyc subway home and have no memory of being on it... all i know is i woke up in my bed very sick and my roomate told me i looked wasted when i came in.. My cell phone and Ipod both were gone, have no idea if they were stolen. had to check to see if maybe i was sexually assaulted- i wasnt. I still have no memory of the night. The friend i was with says i was fine when i left.
This scared the crap out of me and i quit drinking- cold turkey.. Its been 6 months.. I have no desire to drink at all, the thought of it makes me sick...
But should i go to counseling orAA?

I recently shipped a package via fedex to Canada and I had to send it with customs papers. After it got there I got hit with a brokerage fee.

Are there any fees or customs papers when shipping to Puerto Rico?

My grandmother needs to travel from India to US. She cannot speak English. I need somebody to assist her during the travel and talk to the immigrations officer for her and bring her out of the airport so I can pick her up outside.

I want to find a website or some way of locating when the cheapest time to travel to a given location is. For example, I want to go to Australia, and I have a flexible schedule. Short of searching on Travelocity (or other such site) a million different dates, is there a site that will compare the times for me and tell me "it's cheapest to fly from LAX - Sydney in September" or whatever?

To be clear, I don't specifically need the Australia answer, I just want to find a website that can help me locate the best times to travel to different locations!

Driving from one U.S. location to another U.S. location on a United Limo bus w/ a group of people. The route taken goes through Canada. Again, start point/end point is in United States but traveling through Canada for part of the trip. Would you need a passport?
