It really, depends, on a variety of factors, - including what you want to GET, from the holiday, and, - of course, - how MUCH you want to SPEND, on the PURCHASING of it!
If you have the CASH, available, though, - and you want plenty of things to DO, - you MIGHT like to consider a package deal, to FLORIDA! "DISNEY WORLD" is NOT just for the KIDS! I KNOW that for CERTAIN!

Malta, Holland, Italy, Greece, USA, Egypt, Spain, Austria, The Gambia, Jordan, France.
Wouldnt recommend France or Egypt.
The Gambia and Greece lovely.

Sea-Lover: Greek Islands, Algarve/ Portugal or more exotic the lovely beaches in Thailand.
Mountains: Switzerland/Austria

try Galicia, on the northwest coast of spain. Ryan air fly to Santiago de Compostela with very economic flights, you can find boarding houses on the beach for around 30€ a night. Santiago is part of World Heritage. It´s not as hot as the rest of Spain and not a place for bucket and spaders, see fotos on www.galiciahouse.com I can asure you that your hols will be unique.

Argentina. Beautiful country, so much to see and do (dancing tango in Buenos Aires, Iguazu falls, wine tasting and horse riding in Mendoza, the glaciers in Calafate, Bariloche..), very friendly people and lovely food. Need to go for a couple of weeks though to make it worthwhile.

Egypt the weather is fantastic all year round the people are so nice and will tend to yr every need and the snorkeling is out of this world also the food is really good its my fav place

Portugal - Clube Praia da Oura **** self catering apartments. I went in September last year, booked it last minute - it only cost me £85 plus £110 flight from Edinburgh for the week. Beautiful.
Goa is amazing too. Bit pricier but worth it.

It depends where you want to go, abroad or staying here. I can seriously recommend a bit of heaven here in England if you just want total peace...
