I think that its very hard to answer this question. I believe this will basically depend on the lifestyle and basic needs of a person. Singapore is a better place to raise a family and settle down whereas Dubai, is a favorable place to those who are single and working. The salary is significantly lower in Singapore although the housing is cheaper. Dubai offers high salaries but the cost of living is high as well. Dubai is the more artificial place, full of transient minded people. Singapore is more established and apart from the humidity, a much better place to live. In both places good property is horribly expensive.

i would choose singapore because it clean but strict but i would like to choose dubai cause thats were my aunts from but mainly ill choose both!!!!

they are both nice and safe city but both side being equal i will chose singapore, for better security nationwide.

I think I'd feel safer in Singapore right now.
