Driving from one U.S. location to another U.S. location on a United Limo bus w/ a group of people. The route taken goes through Canada. Again, start point/end point is in United States but traveling through Canada for part of the trip. Would you need a passport?

As of January 1, 2008 you would. This does not mean they will actually collect it, but you need to have it accesible in case they ask for it. I would ask the bus/limo service how they intend to handle travel to and from Canada.

You do not need a passport yet to enter the US by land from Mexico and Canada, that deadline has been extended, however, contact the bus line to be sure you have the proper ID.
