I will be traveling domestically, not interational or anything. It would be in my suitcase, not my carry on. Would the airport check to make sure I am 21 or over? If so how do they do it and what are the consequences?

When not knowing where you are losing sense of direction is what I consider being lost. Making a distress phone call and get asked where you are is not too smart. In time we do find our way.

I have tried to get clarification on this issue, and all I keep getting is the run around, so I'm really hoping that someone here can help. I am a Canadian, and I will be crossing into the US at a land crossing, which doesn't yet require a passport until next year. Then I am flying domestically between two US cities, and wanted to make sure that all I'll need for I.D. is a Driver's License. I just want to make sure I'm understanding things.
Thanks for your help!

I'm living in Slovakia at the moment, and tea rooms are very popular. I want to buy a miniature hookah and the flavored tobacco for it to bring back to the States in February. I know airlines have cracked down on baggage restrictions... as far as I know, hookahs aren't illegal in the US.

Under any circumstances, do I pay my TA?
I have not signed any agreement with him at all, but after receiving a discount from the cruise line (not the TA), he said he thinks they may have discounted me more and I may have to pay back some of the commission. I know that if the cost of my cruise goes down, their commission goes down, but that doesn't mean I fork out the money for their commission. How do I get around this? I don't want to piss them off and cancel my booking. What if I just said "I would be more comfortable if you work it out with the cruiseline and not with me". ?
