late this month i have to go on a flight to long beach california from d.c. is there anything that i need should bring??? and dont answer dont bring a bomb..... and this is my first flight since 9/11 so anything would help i am scared about it because i was in the hospital on 9/11... can i bring my laptop and my psp.... can i bring candy or gum (because of the liquid & gel ban)

My partner is Canadian and he wants us to move from Sydney to Vancouver. I am looking to plan a vacation on modest budget. I am open to anywhere, I work for an airline and will be flying for free. I need to know some really great places to go where it wouldn't be neccessary to rent a car and where there would be fun to be had for a small price. First of all.......HAPPY NEW YEAR 2007!!

Lots of people travel and stay in hotel during holiday time.
Every time I stay in hotel, I'd like to try the soap and shampoo.
(But I don't use motel's soap which dry your skin.....)
Have you ever thought how hotel process the used soap and shampoo? Generally we use hotel soap once and throw it. It could be a big waste to hotel and do they reproduce and repack the used soap? If they do....is it sanitary ...?

I am going back to America from my year abroad around May 31/Jun 1. I was looking into ways to get back, but flights are very expensive, so I was thinking of taking a ship (since the flight sucks anyway) but those were hard to find for the right times!!! I need to fly to an interview in another state. Does anyone have suggestions about how to keep it nice so it's not all wrinkled? I will not have time to get it dry cleaned before the interview. I am not wearing the suit on the plane, I am packing it in a hanging case. I don't know anything about suits so even obvious suggestions would likely be helpful. THanks!
