What is there to do in Marrakech, Morocco?

Question

I am heading on a little holiday to Marrakech to get away from the cold? Just wanted to hear from people who have been, what they thought of it. And what are some recommendations for things to do :)

have you every heard the song "marrakech express" by crosby, stills, nash and young?

anyway, you will enjoy your trip. their culture is totally different from ours and their weather is sunny. you would love their food and coffee! when you get to your hotel, you can make arrangements to take tours around the city and outskirts.
there is a lot of history in that area. the islamic culture and european culture intermix and their architecture is outstanding.

also, from morocco, you can take a ferry and go to the canary islands. my sister who is an artist loves it there. the beaches in that part of the world is glorious.

have a great trip and take loads of photos!!!!!!!!
