London is always crowded because so many people live there, crammed into a relatively small amount of land. But the slowest season for tourists would be January-April.

Now up to before Easter - esp cold February. Summer is very busy, Autumn attracts the older visitors, so now is the quietest IMO.

you'll be lucky - its never slow - its london!!!!!! whatever the weather! its like me saying i wanna visit Tokyo when it isnt so busy!!!!!!! see what i mean mate? but i spose your best bet is to visit around winter time (september onward)
