try jamaica it is warm, it has beautiful beaches, great all inclusive resorts and there are tons of things to there both day and night.

If you have the money to go where everyone else is suggesting....and you haven't done so.....try a cruise.
I have been on a cruise to the western Caribbean and the Mexican Riviera and they are fantastic.
For one price you get a nice room....all the food you can ever eat at almost any time of the day....entertainment every evening.
Plus you travel from port to port without ever having to pack and unpack. While you have a limited time in each port there are a lot of things to do and you can spend nothing or about as much as you want to on guided shore excursions. You can always go ashore and just shop in every port.
One excursion we took was a bus to a boat that took us to a Island. This was set up for the cruise lines and you could swim or lay back and enjoy the sun. At noon you get a great meal. That excursion took most of the day but was fantastic.
Yes shore excursions are extra but if you pick the right ones they are worth it.
I prefer the Mexican Riviera but they are all great. That cruise sails out of San Diego. And talk about a great place and more things to do than you can ever afford.
I have found that you can book these almost anywhere but once you find a cruise you like you are better off going to their website and buying it. But like everything it pays to shop around.

Snorkle or dive the second largets reef in the world - go on day trips to mayan (incan) ruins. Day trips, fish, etc. Went there for honeymoon in early may 01, weather was fantastic

I have some friends that just got back from Jamaica and The Virigin Islands.. They loved it and it said everything was pretty reasaonably priced.
