The UKPA say it has to be a professional. In practice, it can anyone who is working and has known you for at least 2 years. Ask one of your neighbours.

Your Doc should do it for you, although they often charge a silly amount for it (We know how short of cash GP's are!) I'd ask at the post office for advice, but they can be signed by Police officers, Paramedics, Teachers, Doctors........

go to the police station, a teacher who has known you for 2+ years
a person who owns a reputable business (when i was in business i was able to counter sign passports and driving licenses). your bank manager etc

Your doctor should do it for you. Do you have a solicitor, know a police officer? have a word at your local post office to see who else can sign it for you

it can be anyone who works from my experience! i signed two last year whilst wrkin as a travel agent! try postman, milkman, teacher, travel agent! heck even try hairdresser! dentist? optician? just anyone you know who works! a friend!

You do not say how old you but if there is a teacher that remembers you from school, they can do it.
