I'm traveling from Los Angeles to Idaho Falls but I hear there are new restrictions on things you can take. Can I take toothpaste, hand cream, hair gel, and things like that? How about aerosol cans?

I have 2 questions....

I am a college student and I was wondering if I could take a small desk lamp with me onto the plan (with bulb). It will be in a duffel bag.

Also, can I take a duffel bag and a backpack onto the plan (not checking it in underneath).

Someone told us not to stay at the Stratosphere because it's the more dangerous end. We are looking into the Luxor, Hooters, Circus Circus, Bally's, (under $200 a night). If you can give me the intersecting street that would be great (i.e. don't go past XXX street to the north and XXX street to the south).

I recently accepted a job in DC and i plan on driving up there this weekend.I currently reside in Lithonia, which is off I-20.Since i live off I-20 i was told i can take I-20E to 95N.When I mapquest it says to take 85N.Which do you think is quicker? I recieved a free ticket for a roundtrip anywhere in the continental US. Where should I go? I live in California and I've been to Nevada, Colorado, New York, DC, Pennsyvania, and Oregon.
