I'm going to Mazatlan in March or April, and I'd like a reasonably priced hotel which is safe, quiet, and clean. (By reasonably priced, I mean no higher than about $40 US.) It doesn't have to be near the beach, just walking distance from town.

Also, what things in Mazatlan should I not miss?

The Blizzard of 2006 is bloking me from going to MEXCIO for Christmas and i want to know if I will be able to go to the airport and get out of here. will I be able to go to the airport and get on the plane and take off by saterday??? Will a 9' dingi and a 15hp outboard make it to Ensenada?
My two friends are going to ensenada in their dads 9' dingi. They asked me to join them and I said yes. Can anyone share any advise on where to dock and how much fuel we should take? Also, will a hand held two way radio work to communicate with my family? My wife wants me to bring my 9 year old but I am worried he might get sea sick. Any advise will help. Also, how long will it take me traveling at full throttle?

Does anyone know of a good place where we can spend New Year's Eve at? In Cancun? I am traveling with my family (all over 18), so something fun and 'affordable' would be excellent! We love to party, especially to welcome the new year!!!
