I want to fly to Mexico to warm up! Which area would you recommend? I have been looking at all-inclusive resorts. Do you think these are worth the money?

Well....Cancun is my first choice. Other good places....Chiapas, Playa del Carmen, Isla Mujures, Acapulco, Vera Cruz, Costa Maya, and Los Cabos, Cabo San Lucas. As far as the all-inclusive....it depends. It depends on the resort....it depends on how much you like to eat and drink......it depends on how much time you plan on spending on the resort. I need more info to answer this question. I am a travel agent and would love to help you...especially if you decide on Cancun. I really am a Cancun specialist.....I know all the hotels, clubs, restaurants and tours. I can tell you anything you need to know about Cancun. Actually ..... I specialize in Mexico. If the price is right.....the all-inclusive is definitely worth it. It is so convenient and prevents having to get dressed several times a day to find food or alcohol. If you don't drink....might not be worth the money. I suggest you let someone book you a vacation package. This includes flight, hotel, transportation and everything. Much easier and a better value. We offer low price guarantee on our packages. But I would suggest Cancun or Playa del Carmen......all-inclusive package. The Pacific side is not as beautiful as the Gulf side. Water in Cancun will make you cry it is so beautiful.

I have been all over Mexico, at least the big resort towns. My favorite is Cabo San Lucas. It is not as big as Cancun and has great night life with beautiful resorts and spas. Because Cabo is so popular there is only one all inclusive resort in town and I can not speak about the quality or value. There are other all inclusives about 40 miles north in San Jose Los Cabos and they are nice but not near much to do ie: restaurants, sight seeing etc. In general all inclusive resorts will not have as nice accommodations or service as normal hotels. They cost less so don't expect 4 or 5 star service food or accommodations.

Go to http://www.love.allabouthoneymoons.com they can plan any type of trip not just honeymoons. If you tell them what you like and your budget they will plan the perfect trip for you.Best of all the service is free b/c the fee is paid by the hotel or resort. I like Azul or Riu In the Rivera Maya it is worth it.

I believe Cancun is one of the most visited, but also Puerto Vallarta is cool, cheap and great parties at night. You can get great deals in Puerto Vallarta. Many tourists by the way.

i dont know how old you are, but i had soooo much fun in Cancun. i was in college at the time. that was a while ago and i hear its alot more commercialized now. all-inclusives usually dont include alcoholic beverages. and i am usually disappointed with the food.

It depends on what you are looking, if you want a beautiful beach go to Cancún, if you want a colonial city, go to Guanajuato or Zacatecas, trully amazing. try www.visitmexico.com you'll find there a lot of great ideas,
Saludos.
