This is our first trip to China. We are Chinese and do speak Chinese. We would also like to stop by Taiwan on the same flight if not much more expensive.

Prior to my previous question... see "Which university offers the best electrical engineering undergraduate study in Indonesia?"

I asked a malaysian friend to translate some contents in www.itb.ac.id and www.ui.edu -some say that Malaysian and Indonesian language are similar-. And she said that both univ offer 2 types of entrance test: the first one is the national-wide test with no tuition fee; the 2nd is held in the campus, and it demands 2 grand bucks (2000US$) at minimum in univ of Indon. and 5 grand bucks (5000$) in Inst. Tech. Bandung. The higher you pay, the larger entrance opportunity U have.

She also added that some Indonesian senior high students who are failed in the national-wide test demonstrated & sued the Indonesian government in the court? Is that true? (I can't believe it)

Is that true?

We are travelling to Koh Chang, Thailand, (near Trat and the Cambodian border). We will be there in June and would like a bungalow on the beach on a nice, clean, quiet beach. We don't want crowds, resorts or tourist dens, just a nice chillout spot. Very basic bungalows are O.K. Thanks all.

In your opinion/experience, whats the best Asian country you visited? In 2008, I'm going to Bejing for the Olympics, anywhere I should visit? I want to go to see the Forbidden Palace!

Some even told me to add a lil bit sweetened condensed milk into it. Is it true?
Thanks

I will be traveling to Japan for the first time soon, and I am not very familiar with airports to begin with, so I had a few questions. I will be traveling to Narita International Airport, Terminal 1.

1. When I first get off of the plane, where do I go? Is the first place Customs, or do I get my luggage first?

2. If someone is meeting me at the airport, will I be able to see the person as soon as I get off of the plane? Or will I have to go through Security/Customs first?

3. At the Customs section, what exactly happens? Will my luggage be searched?

Well, thank you in advance!

A "troll" on the internet is a person who spends his time writting on forums, chats or webpages to create controversy, annoy or insult the other participants.

Are they just unhappy individuals who gets satisfaction by annoying other people? But what is the point?

With the ruling on the party dissolution cases being handed down what are your plans for that day? Stay Home? Things as Normal? Take a long weekend? Hide in residence? Go out and Protest? Like to hear from both foreigners and Thai people living in Bangkok
