From a department store grocery shop or 'Sa-Ru-Ga' supermarket in Yon-hee-dong around Sin-chon in Seoul.

And some other more placese.

When you see it, it will be in a much larger container than you probably need. And the price is high.
I live in Yunhee-dong and shop at Sahruga everyday.. it is not always there.
When I buy it, I get it from Hundai Dept store in the dairy aisle.
If you live in Hannam-dong area, you will also see it at the Foreign Food market in Itaewon and at Haddon House, back in the UN Village area.
Check the expiration date before purchasing.

Yes! you can even buy it in North Korea. I wouldn't recommend it tho! they won't let you back into the south.

go to big supermarket like e-mart or homeplus. And you go to mall and they have food section (usually basement). or go to E-Taewon! American town!
