We (AirAsia) are proudest of the fact that we've made the world a smaller place through our motto, "Now everyone can fly". And every day, we look for new ways to make the traveling experience better. If you were in charge, how would you improve the travel experience of low-cost carrier passengers?

if you were 44,000ft from the ocean and 50 min has passed and the both pilot(s) were dead or had an heart attack would you trust a 18 year old guy that has no clue about flying a 747, or a 13 year old boy that has been playing fsx for almost 1 1/2 years to fly it to a closest airport? becuase i am always dreaming some guy had hijacked a cathy pacific 747 towards TPE from SFO durning that flight the pilot(s) were dead, and i flew it back to sfo... (weird dream) except there was alot of cash....

I wanted to buy a pug, and then when its about 5 months old it might need to travel to Brazil. I know its unsafe for it to travel on the cargo, and thats why I want it to travel on the cabin with me. THe only problem is that I need the measurements of an avarage pug to make sure it can go on the plane.

So what I need is if you know the avarage or if you just know the measurements of your dog..

Height: ( I think its 10 to 11 inches)
Measure from tail to the head
an the width of it ( if it feels comfortable on a certain pet carrier I plan to get)

I'm not talking about using frequent flyer miles, or flying on the company's nickle. I'm curious as to what the low end of annual salary range is to justify flying first class. In other words, how much money do you have to make a year to let yourself guiltlessly pay the first class rate rather than the so much cheaper coach rate. I also am not looking for the obvious answer -- I'm wondering for a normal person, at what point to you make the switch? $100,000 a year? $200,000? $500,000? More?

I am traveling from DC to Philly to Barcelona to Valencia for a total of 16hrs and 20 minutes. I will be living with a host family in Valencia for two weeks while attending a school for Spanish language. I've never been in an airport, never been out of the country and I am traveling alone. I am proficent in Spanish, but not confident. Can anyone tell me what to expect on the flight (or what to do during a 5 hr layover in Philly), airport procedures, what to expect in Valencia, any tips for traveling or conversing with the people I encounter? Anything really.

My daughters class is flying to FL for senior trip & the Superintendent told them all to wear jeans for the flight. Is that a good idea with all the metal rivets, buttons & zippers? What would you suggest them to wear? Also are CD players & AA batteries OK?

They are difficult to insert and remove. I'm wondering if I should just do it at home or will they not care?

I have a food allergy, and carry and epi pen. I looked on the TSAs website, but it mentioned nothing about them. There is a needle inside and that's what makes me worried. They're not exactly cheap for me to replace so I do not what it confiscated. Does anyone know if I'll have a problem?

Ok...my mom is traveling from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Sacramento, California this tuesday, May 9. She's very confused about what time to have her mother in law pick her up from the airport. Ok...the airplane is leaving Grand Rapids, MI at 7:51pm MI time. Arrive in Minnesota 8:14pm. Leave Minnesota at 9:15pm to arrive in Sacramento at 11:05pm. These are the exact times shown on the airplane tickets. Will she arrive in Sacramento on Michigan time or is that California time? California is four hours behind Michigan. So if she arrives at 11:05pm on Michigan time then is would be 7:05pm in Sacramento, right? So she would tell her ride to be there at 7:05pm California time, right?

On a typical flight, people are lined up while someone hogs the restroom. Why not have the restroom door automatically open after 3 minutes, forcing the occupant to return to his/her seat?
