Visit their website at http://www.flyairdeccan.net/AirDeccan.htm and refer to their FAQs. You may also lodge your complaint through their website. Additionally, you may write to the Director, Civil Aviation through http://dgca.nic.in/dgca/contact-hq-ind.htm or go to a consumer court for redressal of your complaint.

First of all, read the fine print in the Terms and Conditions which you must have accepted before purchasing your ticket. Assuming your grievance is not covered here, you can file a Complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum in your city. Check these websites for more info:

Otherwise, purchase a copy of the Consumer Protection Act and file your complaint as per the format given at the end. It is quite simple and you dont need a lawyer. But your facts and documentation must be in order if you want to get relief. A recent National Commission judgment held that airlines must pay compensation to passengers for delays. Good luck.

your best bet would be to seek help in consumer court. but do consult to legal expert. you must also hire a good lawyer who can understand the case very well & ensure that you stand a good chance to win.

Why were you late? That isn't their fault you weren't on time.

You can complain on their website or call their phone number.
