I went to Tulum, Mexico and loved it. I like to get a taste of local culture rather than experience the artificial environment of an all-inclusive resort. Safety is important and I am a fan of beach vacations. I'd appreciate any tips!

These are the rules on my ship, The Flying Mattress:

1. If you make a huge mess on my deck you have to swab it.

2. No drinking all the rum without my permission.

3. No talking back to me, the captain.

That is all.

We're expecting about 1/2 inch of ice to acumulate in the next 24 to 48 hours. What kinds of things would you do for your family to prepare for the storm?

I have been a sexual provider for a little while now in Northeaset USA. It is dangerous and there are so many scams, that it is hard to get new clients because people are afraid of getting jacked. This is not my only profession. I have a normal 9 to 5, but it does not pay the bills. Anyhow, I heard that my second line of work is legal in Canada. Are there brothels that I can live in up there? How do girls advertise themselves up there? If I save just a little more, I can retire from both jobs in a year.

I want to travel with my boyfriend to Europe, but we are both college students and a little short on money (i.e. can't go to Paris, or Rome, etc.) After looking around I noticed that Dublin wasn't that expensive (in reference to airfare and hotel prices). But I'm worried it won't be very "fun". I was hoping someone who has gone before could answer my question. Thanx :)

And can you easily find a job there if you don't know spanish and in general? I live in Atlanta now and I desperately want to live somewhere closer to a beach. Is the cost of living really expensive and is it a high crime city?

I am trying to take the family to Hawaii in January. I developed somewhat of a phobia after my last trip back from Asia a few years ago, which was very rough for over an hour at the end.

In the US all seniors are covered by Medicare, Some states have programs for the uninsured. And most states offer low cost coverage for kids. The problem is that all government run programs are expensive. There seems to be so much waste in any government progams. In fact most things government does seems like a black hole for money. Bueracracy constantly grows. Private buisness always seems to do things more effeciently. Thats why the trend has been to privatize so many things. So I ask you, is it a good deal? Could you do better yourself if you had the money and made your own choices? and use the money yourself for health costs or insurance?
