when my family come over toronto next year it will be the summer, we are abit worried about the winters and when there is a weather alert are the schools closed down. does this happen alot, as we are coming from the uk and immagrating next year, we have never experienced winters so extreme like they have in canada. what is it like are the winters bareable, given over time?
