When you got deported you are considered as a criminal and you are on the "UAE black list" and you will not be provided with any visa no more.

I think you mean the red stamp refers for the “no entry ban”, which is normally imposed for six months and some cases for one year at the time of cancellation. Check the period and you can go back to the UAE on a new visa, once the specified duration is over.

If you are talking about the family residence visa, you can go back at any time.

Edit:
If you have been deported, then your name will be in the blacklist. Sorry to say, there is no chance for another visa. Try some other gulf countries than UAE.
