I will be studying in Kyoto from Sept through May, and I want to know the most appropriate clothing to take with me. Kyoto seems pretty conservative, which is okay, but I don't to know what's best to leave. My main concerns are shoes and bottoms (jeans, skirts, and dresses).

I prefer if you have a rough breakdown (e.g. 40% of your airfare goes to..., 30% goes to..., etc.) since I know that jet fuel is a big part of the airline ticket.

My family and I are travelling to Colombia South America to visit my wife's family. I know there is a departure tax per person to leave the country after visiting. Just curious, how much is it per person. If you can't find it for me then I can ask when I enter Colombia. Thank you very much
