How is the Ride Havoc as an all mountain board? It sounds good and I've heard Ride is a good brand...

Why do so many people answer gear questions with "buy Burton."

Yeah, Burton makes good gear. But just because it is the biggest doesn't make it the best.

There are lots of good brands out there besides Burton, such as Gnu, Libtech, Ride, Forum, Volcom, Dakine, and many others.

Why do people answer gear questions like they know what they are talking about when they only know the biggest brand?

I do a lot of freestyle riding and I've never really found a good set up for my bindings. I'm talking about degrees. For awhile I had my bindings set up at 0 degrees on both feet but now I'm curious what Shaun White's set up is. Let me know. Thanks.

I have a Mazda 6 04' and a Ford Ranger 02' and I wanted to go snowboarding. Has anyone driven either of these cars through the mountain pass to go snowboarding? I want to know how the cars perform in the snow.

I can probably get some chains on the cars. Will that make it pretty much safe to drive in the snow?

I'm about 5'11", weigh about 150 pounds and where a size 11 shoe. How long and wide of a board should I get? My main reason for asking is I have a chance to buy a 152 for a really good price, but I don't know if it will be too small. Thanks.

For the past 6 years I have been using a Sims 149 board with Switch bindings. I was looking for something just a tad shorter. Not anything fancy, just something to play around with. I ended up finding a Morrow 146 board and ride bindings at a store that was going out of business and the prices were too good to pass up. Unfortunately I didn't do my research beforehand and have heard many various opinions (good and bad) about Morrow boards. What is your personal opinion about them? Will it be ok if I am just using it for simple riding?

Hi, I want to learn how to snowboard.
