The easiest to land is a 180 - this is because your body never even has to rotate - you just switch your feet in mid-air and land with no actual rotation.
Most people can land these 50% the first day they learn them.

HAHAHAHA Terry you are a F***ing NOOB! hahahaha. a 180 is a spin not a flip..and the easiest flip to learn is the one that you have enough balls to try..because if you get up the balls to actually try it..your gonna land it NO DOUBT! just go for it. SAFTEY FIRST KIDS..WEAR A HELMET!

Do you mean flip or spin? Because a 180 is the easiest spin to learn, and it is easier than a backflip.
