I'm currently running about 10 miles a week (along with Xtraining) and really want to bump that up enough to do a half-marathon (in 6 months!). I know the best thing to do is join a training program, but I'm also looking at books. Can anyone reccommend which of these 3 would be the best? Or even recommend a good one for a runner who is not quite a beginner, but not intermediate either?
