i dont know miles but I'm 27 and I started to run 2 weeks ago
1km: 5 min
2Km: 11 min
3: 16 min
4km: 22 min
5km: 29 min
6km: 34 min.
I slow down and then run a little faster so in between kms I run 5 or 6 or 7min. it all depends on how hot it is outside or if I take vitamins. i see better results when I take my vitamins. I know I'm not a fast runner but at least I'm not like those lazy persons who walk soooooooooooooo slow and think they are "exercising".
