i do not cheerlead and will never but i really want to learn how to do a back handspring... i can do a backbend but it is SOOO hard for me to flip over...! is there anything i can do to build my strength up to where i can eventually do a handspring? oh and i have a trampoline so could that help me in any way?

now right now i throw a 4-seam and a circle change, but i think i need another pitch to add to my repertoire.
