I am 14 5'8 and weigh 130. I run REALLY fast and can break tackles.

The division is age 13-14. So what should I do to get better at the running back position?

Work on your stiff arm technique. That is always good for a few extra yards and gives the tackler something else to consider when tackling you.

I'm sure you are already working on agility and foot speed so that is my advice.

Ball control. Fumbles are bad.

The running back is also expected to catch, especially on screens. Don't drop the ball.

Sometimes runningback are asked to throw the ball (LT, the running back of the Chargers, has thrown touchdowns). Practice some throwing.

Sometimes the other side gets interceptions, The QB of the Greenbay Packers even practices tackling for that reason.

Learn to block on pass plays and for the fullback (if one is used) on short yardage.

Run with weights, do a lot of side movement excersizes (like MC Hammer's Can't Touch This video) to cut better, learn to hit and roll away from the tackle, learn to jump/dive, learn to find holes, learn to keep your feet in bounds when catching the ball.

well you are really fast so you can run by a lot of people

there will be some guys that might try to gang tackle you so you should get stronger so you can just run them over

I think you will score a lot of touchdowns
