well im 14 and i averaged it out and 100 meters equals about 333 feet and i can run 47 feet in like 2.8 or some seconds so my time for the 100 would be like 20 but figuring in slowing down a little when tired it would be like anywhere up to like 24 or 25, is that good? like for jv track in high school? and if its not tell me please, and if you know what a good time for someone my age would be. thanks :]

You should stop playing American "football". There is only one kind of football. What you refer to as American "football" is not a very good game. The 2.15% of you who are aware that there is a world outside your borders may have noticed that no one else plays "American" football. You will no longer be allowed to play it, and should instead play proper football. Initially, it would be best if you played with the girls. It is a difficult game. Those of you brave enough will, in time, be allowed to play rugby (which is similar to American "football", but does not involve stopping for a rest every twenty seconds or wearing full kevlar body armour like nancies).

I played basketball the other night for about 4 hours. Now my lower back is very sore! Why? I didn't lift at all! I did play very hard though.

I don't really do any real running because I have dropped arches and am prone to injury. However I think if I did loads of hillclimbing on my bike plus regular 80 mile cycles and If I did long walks to a least strengthen the running muscles I could have a chance. My youth would help me and give me an advantage anyway. If I got the diet right too I feel like I could really win. Just running a race wouldn't injure me. What do you guys think?

If I hit my ball and it hits another person's ball and then goes through the wicket on the same stroke, do I get 2 more shots?

I want to open up a gym as I've found an old warehouse in my area that'd be perfect for what I have in mind.

I want it to be simple, bare, no-nonsense and old fashioned; concrete and iron, no mod cons or fanny-boy potted plants in the corner next to the treadmills.

So what is needed in the way of qualifications to open a gym in the UK? What health and safety/ environmental factors need to be met?

Thanks!
