Sports are all fun and competitive, if you just take the time to learn the game. My favorite one changes with the season ;)

Lacrosse all the way! At least to play that is. It's really the only sport where you can hit people with 6 foot sticks......and be rewarded.
To watch, i would have to say football (american). It's fun to play too!
