No rules? All time? Very hard to say, my opinion changed from time to time. Yes fighters like Mas Oyama or Mas Kimura were incredibly skilled. But... I will give you two: Chen Fake. defeated opponents armed with spear and saber while Chen stood barehanded. Dioxippos: olympic pankrationist who won the olympic games 336 BC - by default because no one wanted to fight him. Besides he took out fully armored and armed opponents while standing naked. He defeated one of Alexander the greats top soldiers while his sack was blowing in the wind! I mean Royce Gracie might be one of the best in sports - of the 20 th century. But fighters were brutal back then. The truth is when you really wanna look at all times: Humans got weaker over the centuries. BC fighters were technically not as good as today, but tough as animals. A humans life was nothing woth, no laws, they killed each other every single day. Thats why I believe Dioxippos is the greatest unarmed fighter of all time. excs my english, im german

Easy Cassius Clay, Mohamed Ali was truly the greatest boxer (and showman) the modern world has ever seen. If you asked Rocky M. Henry C , G Forman, S. Liston they would all say the same. Not up for Question

That is the toughest question ive ever heard. When i think about that Ali Frazier Forman Holyfield Mike Tyson and a bunch more. Im afriad i cant give you an answer. it's to hard to compare each one. They were all so awesome
